With a proven record of spearheading transformative initiatives in dynamic work environments, Dr. Jason E. Gines is an innovative executive leader dedicated to driving organizational excellence and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. His expertise spans end-to-end program management, strategy development, and fostering diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity (DBIE) within organizations. Armed with a Ph.D. and experience in education consulting, program development, and executive leadership, Dr. Gines specializes in mobilizing compelling initiatives and leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize business processes and enhance organizational growth.

In his role as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Pembroke Hill School, Dr. Gines orchestrated system-wide initiatives that resulted in a notable 100% rise in DBIE participation. Prior to this, his tenure as Assistant Dean of Inclusion & Diversity Engagement at the College of Information Sciences & Technology, University Park, saw him delivering significant contributions to the strategic planning and implementation of college-wide DEI programs. Through his leadership, Dr. Gines has successfully integrated DBIE principles into all facets of organizational culture, fostering environments where every individual feels valued and empowered.

With a background in academia, including roles as Assistant Professor of Counselor Education and experience in grant-funded research projects, Dr. Gines has leveraged his expertise to educate and mentor future leaders while advancing research in areas of multicultural counseling and disability studies. Through innovative programs and partnerships, such as the multi-institution research consortium with local Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), he has expanded opportunities for diverse scholars and contributed to the advancement of inclusive practices in higher education. Dr. Gines's commitment to excellence is underscored by a strong publication record, numerous professional presentations, and a keen focus on continuous improvement.
